Unique instrument commissioned from master luthier, William MacDonald, on the Isle of Skye in 2016.
Carved with fairies, butterflies, ivy, solar & lunar symbols.
Lime soundbox & pillar; maple neck; tulip-shaped brass string shoes and tuning pins.
30 strings: DD to e”, currently tuned with comhluighe [’sisters’] gg tuning.
All strings are 22-, 18- or 14-carat GOLD, with spare gold strings for most—but not all—strings. 
High quality Harp bag is from Germany, Josef Götz und Söhne GmbH

Travel Flower Harp
Unique instrument commissioned from master luthier, William MacDonald, on the Isle of Skye, completed in 2016.
Carved, lightly painted flowers.
Lime soundbox & pillar; maple neck;  tulip-shaped brass string shoes and tuning pins.
21 strings: D to d”.
Completely strung in 22- and 18-carat GOLD, with spare gold strings for most—but not all—strings. Comes with a high-quality, padded harp bag [60cm long] by Josef Götz und Söhne GmbH, Germany.

Harp belonging to Patrick Ball for sale

Patrick Ball is selling one of his Jay Witcher harps, and has asked us to post this notice for him. As many of you know, Patrick is an internationally acclaimed performer who has been touring and recording on wire-strung harp for over forty years.
