Lunchtime concert of harp music and harpers’ songs with Ireland’s foremost historical harpist, Siobhán Armstrong, and the prize-winning singer, Eibhlís Ní Riordáin.

Illustrated talk on the fascinating history of the old Irish harp, given by a world expert in the field, Simon Chadwick.
PLAY at 3.00 p.m.
Beginners’ 60-minute workshop with the gentle guidance of Sylvia Crawford. The HHSI has a unique collection of student early Irish harps copied from originals in the National Museum of Ireland. These will be available to the select number of lucky participants who sign up to take part. Suitable for adults, and children over ten.
